The outcomes of evidence-based nursing research to improve patient care is imperative. Researching existing problems in healthcare allows for secure validation of results, and completing research is done by disseminating the findings (Black et al., 2015).

Dissemination of the result of my planned research project will involve power point presentations in hospitals and clinics, social media, conferences, and other health-related events that focus on evidence-based research. My goal is to reach the specific individuals the research findings impact the most (Curtis et al., 2016). The translation of my research findings is essential. Providing resources for a better understanding of the information supplied and implementing hands-on skill sessions are a few ways to ensure adequate participation and knowledge of research findings and producing new protocols. After completing this course, I greatly desire to be involved in research. This course has allowed me to understand the rationales of new practices and protocols for nursing and their goal of improving patient health outcomes. Knowing the proper steps in conducting research and how to evaluate findings learned from this course makes me more confident in addressing practice problems.
