ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Your presentation will be assessed with reference to the below criteria, based on ARU Level 7 generic grading criteria.

1. A clearly set out strategic aim of proposition (10 marks)
2. Relevance of proposition to the current situation of the organisation – that is, the justification for your proposition (40 marks).
3. Robust practical implementation plan – does not require financial information g. cashflow (40 marks)
4. Overall presentation quality (10 marks)
