According to the (DISC Personality Test), my strengths are steadiness and dominance.  I believe these traits allow me to be patient, passionate, and caring when handling clients who present with various medical issues. I allow each patient adequate time to express him or herself, allowing me to gather information needed during the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. According to Sutton et al. (2020), healthcare providers rely on patients’ health-related information in clinical decision-making.
