My top five themes from the 34 assessed themes include adaptability, harmony, belief, responsibility, and being a developer. These signature themes are essential to me since they are always my guide that helps me to maximize my talents for my professional and personal success. Furthermore, since there are times that I engage these signature themes in combination and separately, it becomes easier to identify my talents and convert them into strengths which in return fulfils my career and personal success for better performance.

The two core values that need strengthening are human dignity and altruism. The reason for strengthening my human dignity is that I will always recognize that the main reason I am in nursing practice. Which is to ensure that my patients receive the best quality and safest healthcare services, thus eliminating chances for instances that may risk their health like medical errors. I want to improve the two strengths of communication and interprofessional relationship. Communication in the healthcare realm is crucial since it helps provide effective interaction between the patient and the nurses to improve overall patient outcomes. Despite the kind of conflict, problem-solving skills are essential since they prevent the conflict from escalating to levels that can affect the patient’s well-being. Also, being attentive to detail is essential in a busy healthcare setting since, apart from positively influencing the patients’ lives, it also determines the success rate of a nurse’s career.
